The short answer
Enter your wedding date and choose what you are ordering. The planner counts back to show when to book your consultation, approve the design, attend the toile and fabric fittings, and collect your gown. For a bespoke bridal gown it starts nine months ahead; it warns you if your date is already tight.

How the planner works
The planner uses the same timings we use in the atelier: nine months for a bespoke bridal gown with heavy embroidery, six months for a lighter bridal gown, four months for a henna night or milcha look, and twelve weeks for an evening gown. It counts back from your date and marks anything already in the past.

Why plan backwards from the wedding?
Hand embroidery cannot be rushed, and the busiest months fill early. Dubai hotels averaged 80.7% occupancy in 2025 [source], and the cooler months are when most weddings take place. Booking the consultation on time is the easiest way to protect your fittings.
Frequently asked questions
Is the planner accurate for my gown?
It gives typical timings. Your own timeline is confirmed at the consultation, once the design and embroidery are agreed.
What if my wedding is sooner than the planner suggests?
Message us. Made-to-measure designs with lighter embroidery can sometimes be made faster.
